Thank you for making a reservation with us. We look forward to showing you a great zipline adventure. We will send you a reminder e-mail prior to your appointment. You may log in at any time to see your existing appointments. Please read carefully as you are responsible for the information provided here.
Please arrive 20 to 30 minutes prior to your tour time. (*Note: we are on Indiana Eastern time) If you are late and your tour goes out without you, there will be no refund. Our tours go out on the hour, If the tour holds for you there will be a $40 late fee per group. All minors must be accompanied by an adult.
The weight limit cannot exceed 275 lbs. and is strictly enforced....each rider will be weighed at check in. Use of alcohol or drugs is strictly prohibited.
All riders must sign a liability waiver and all minors must have parental approval and a signed waiver, before riding. Please wear closed toe shoes. NO FLIP FLOPS! We will zip rain or shine, so please dress accordingly. We provide helmets and gloves that must be worn to safely zip. You cannot use your own personal equipment at our course.
Our course is an Adult Zipline Course and is designed for people in good health and should not be done by people with preexisting conditions, injuries, history of seizures and pregnant women. Please let us know of any limitations prior to coming to Indiana Zipline Tours.
