INITIAL CLIENT CONSULTATION
New clients receive a free consultation to give us a chance to meet you and get to know your pet(s). At this time we can custom design a plan that's right for your pets special needs. It's less stressful too for the animals to meet someone new in the presence of their owners as to meeting them when nobody is around but the animal and the stranger.
PET IMMUNIZATION
It is imperative that all pets be up to date on vaccinations and we will need a copy at the Initial Client Consultation. This is for the safety of our nannies and the animals that we care for. We welcome disabled pets and those pets needing special care.
PET SITTING HOURS
Normal pet sitting hours are 8:00 AM to 8:00 PM. Any hours before or after the above hours will be at a extra charge of $5.00/occurrence.
NOTIFICATION
Please allow enough time at first request for service and date you require us. (7 days is normally sufficient)
PAYMENT TERMS
Payment due in full to secure reservation. For new clients, payment is due for services at Initial Consultation. For existing clients, payment may be collected at first scheduled visit.
UNPAID BALANCES
Any unpaid balance will accrue a late fee of $30.00 per month. Return check fee $35.00.
CANCELLATION POLICY
100% refund with a 48 hour notice. Less than 48 hours will result in a $10.00 charge. Less than 24 hours $20.00.
