Our reservation policy is as follows:
This is a NO SMOKING facility. Evidence of smoking such as butts on the ground constitute a break in the rental agreement and you will be charged $200.

Payment Accepted:
Cash, personal check, cashier's check, money order. We can accept credit cards ONLY through PayPal Online payment systems. BUT a Credit card number is required as a security/damage deposit if paying by check/cash/money order. A charge will be applied only if damage has been done to the cabin.
Reservations made at least 14 days prior to arrival:
A deposit of $50t must be received vial mail at least 7 days within booking along with this reservation form.
Reservations made within 14 days of arrival:
A deposit of $100 for the cabin and $50 for the yurt must be received within 24 hours of booking using our online PayPal system or reservation will automatically be cancelled. You will receive a separate email after your reservation confirmation regarding using PayPal for the deposit..
Cancellations:
For all cancellations, we will hold your deposit as a credit for a future stay with us. We are unable to process refunds for any reason.
Returned checks will be charged an additional $30 processing fee.
We love and accept pets. We just ask that you be careful about inside accidents and use the provided cleaning supplies if the occasion arises.
Clean up your dog's waste, please!!
Check in time is after 4 pm and check out is before noon.
