Down Payment, Cancellation & Rescheduling Policy
• No Ariel fireworks are allowed on the property. Ground fireworks are allowed so long as they are cleaned up after.
• Down Payments are required for all reservations; your credit card will be charged for the down payment amount to hold the reservations you have made.
• Cancellations and rescheduling are allowed up to 7 days prior to your reservation date and refunds can be issued.
• Cancellations made 6 days or less from your reservation date will result in the loss of your down payment. Rescheduling within 6 days or less from your reservation date will only be allowed once. Any cancellations or rescheduling made after the first occurrence will result in the full amount of your reservation being charged to the credit card on file.
• Cancellations made within 24 hours of your reservation, or if you fail to appear on your reservation date, will result in the full amount of your reservation being charged to the credit card on file. Rescheduling within 24 hours of your reservation will only be allowed once, and will result in the full amount of your reservation being charged to the credit card on file.
• Late arrivals to scheduled activities and/or tours will result in the full amount of your reservation being charged to the credit card on file. We will try to accommodate for late arrivals, but may not always be able to do so. Accommodations may include, but are not limited to, switching to a later tour time during the same day or switching to a different type of tour during the same day. If we are unable to accommodate a late arrival, it will be considered a same day cancellation and no refunds will be issued.
• If we cancel any activity due to weather or staffing, you will receive an appropriate refund and/or credit for that activity only. Overnight lodging, campgrounds or indoor activity reservations not affected by weather will still be valid.
• Refunds: A service fee of 10% of the full amount of your reservation will be charged for all credit card refunds.

--Guests are responsible for any damages or theft and must be reported to the office prior to checking out. We are not responsible for any personal items, accidents or other occurrence that may happen during your stay.
