No shows and late cancellations will be charged full rental price. Cancellations require 12 hour notice.
Rental Policies:
-Valid credit card and driver's license required at time of rental.
-Room charges allowed
-Craft operators must be 18 years old
-Operator must watch Safety Boater Education video prior to rental (GA law) included in e-mail confirmation (n/a if captained by our staff)
-Guest must arrive 20 minutes (10 mins if captained by our staff) prior to scheduled rental to fill out paperwork and participate in craft orientation prior to departure. Rental times are set so rental is expected to be back and docked at the reservation end time to avoid late fees.
-Reservation will be forfeited and charged to credit card/room after 15 minutes late for reservation.
-Late returns are calculated at $90 per 15 minutes late returning (rounded up).
