A reservation hold/ security deposit of one night's stay, on a valid credit card, is required at the time of reservation. Cancellations made up to 72 hours prior to arrival date will be refunded this amount (less $10.00). Any reservations cancelled within 72 hours of arrival will be subject to loss of this amount.
