Notes
-We have a 3-night rental MINIMUM at all times.
- Check in is between 3-7pm. Please let us know if you will be later than 7pm. Checkout is 11am. We have a small, awesome staff that work hard to turnover rooms & we will do our best to handle late flights or early arrivals but plan to adhere to these times. Late checkout can sometimes be arranged for $25 USD an hour.
- We must have your arrival info. once you book a reservation.
- An additional 19% IVA will be added to the total rental amount.
- All room rates are for double occupancy. A charge of $15 USD per person per night will be added in rooms that can sleep more than 2 people. We do not have roll away beds.
- All renters must be over 23 years of age. Our property is for responsible adults - NO CHILDREN. Children over the age of 12 may be considered but must be accompanied by a parent & must stay in the parent's room. Children may not be unattended on the premises at anytime during their stay. All guests must preserve the peace & quiet of the other guests & prevent any injury to any person or damage to any property. Failure to otherwise comply with this policy will result in eviction
- We only accept payment by credit card or PayPal. PayPal will send an invoice to your email address when your reservation is accepted.
- A 50% deposit must be paid at booking guarantee your reservation. The balance is due 30 days prior to arrival.
- We must give our staff a day of rest, therefore there will be NO Sunday check-ins.
- Daily maid service included, except for Sunday, Christmas Day and New Year's Day
- We are a non-smoking hotel. Rooms that have been smoked in will be assessed a $250USD cleaning fee.
- Please note that our hotel is not accessible to those with limited mobility. Each part of the hotel requires the use of stairs.
- Our hotel is a non-hosted facility meaning there is someone on site ONLY 9am-2pm Mon-Sat.
