You must have a valid boaters license if you were born on or after Jan. 1, 1988, and will be operating a boat or PWC of 10 hp or more in North Carolina.
You are required to show your boaters registration card to our front counter before your rental. You will not be allowed to rent any vessel without following the boaters license rules of north carolina and will forfeit your deposit. You are required to keep the registration card with you on the vessel at all times.
