DEPOSITS - All stays require a deposit of 30% at time of confirmed reservations with the balance due upon arrival.
Cancelation & Refund Policy - Cancelations made within 7 days of reservation* will receive a full refund of deposit amount minus a $25.00 administration fee. *(Deposit is non-refundable for reservations made within 30 days of arrival date)
Cancelations received 31 or more days prior to arrival date receive a refund of 50% of deposit.
Cancelations received within 30 days of arrival date forfeit full amount of deposit.
No refunds for early departures
