Standard Check-in: 4 PM - 10 PM or by appointmentStandard Check-out: by 11 AMGuest Cancellation Policy- At least seven (7) days notice of cancellation: total paid will be 90% refunded or rescheduled to another available date.- With less than seven (7) days notice of cancellation: total paid will be 50% refunded.- With less than 48 hours / two (2) days notice of cancellation: no refund available.Cancellation Policy- The Pullman Guest House reserves the right to cancel at reservation at any time, for any reason. If Pullman Guest House initiates a cancellation, all funds paid will be refunded immediately via the method paid by the reservation holder. You may also be offered the opportunity to reschedule if desired.Room Deposit- A refundable deposit of $95 will apply to all booking on a per room basis, or once per cart order. - The refundable deposit is returned within 24 hours of your checkout time assuming the property is left in good working order / as found. An inspection can be requested on check out if desired for faster refund processing. - In case no deposit was charged, or in case of damages in excess of the deposit amount, damages incurred by the guest may still be subject to fiscal liability to be born by the guest reservation holder, in accordance with legal rights of Pullman Guest House.Additional Fees- The additional person fee for Bedroom 1 - Master - "Cozy Room" is generally $10 per night, but may vary or occasionally go on sale.This is applied automatically when you adjust the reservation to two people.
