Make sure when you book that it is green for the entire time you want the boat as well as a 30 minute buffer after. This allows for cleaning and gassing between rentals.
RATES DO NOT INCLUDE TAX AND GAS.
YOU are responsible for the time you book the boat for and YOU are responsible for knowing the time of your reservation and being here ON TIME.
Cancellations with less than 3 days notice that are not due to inclement weather at the time of the rental are subject to a $50 cancellation/no show fee.
Long term (2 days or more) cancellations require a 3 day notice and will be charged one full day of their rental for a cancellation less than 3 days.
Holiday reservations will be subject to paying the entire rental cost if they cancel with less than 3 days notice or are a no show.
****FIREWORKS RESERVATIONS***
When booking a reservation for the fireworks on July 5th, 2024 please be sure to note in the comment section when booking that it is specifically a fireworks reservation. When we receive the reservation we will extend the time until 10pm and you will receive a confirmation email with the adjusted time and cost.
Holiday reservations will pay the entire rental cost if they cancel with less than 3 days notice or are a no show. Holidays include Memorial Day, 4th of July, and Labor Day as well as the week/weekends surrounding those days.
Long term rentals of two (2) days or more weather policy: We can not control the weather. In the summer there will be a chance of rain every day. Unless your ENTIRE rental is rained out we will not issue discounts or refunds for rain that pops up throughout the days.
