Terms and Conditions
These terms and conditions apply to the iPad rental service available on, and are used in rental contracts between the Customer and Citi Pads LLC.

Definitions and General Principles
- The “Company” referred to in the following terms and conditions is Citi Pads LLC.
- The “Customer” shall be defined as the person specified on the Rental Agreement and whom collects and assumes the responsibility of the iPad at the chosen pick-up location. - The “rental period” shall be defined as the time during which the customer physically assumes possession of the iPad from a Company representative to the time the iPad is physically returned to a Company representative
- The “reservation period” shall refer to the specific dates specified on the rental agreement.

Citi Pads LLC will provide the Customer with an Apple Inc. iPad tablet in excellent, working condition, as well as accessories including a power cable, charger and case. Cellular service, as well as the applications mentioned on our official website will be available on all of our iPads.

Citi Pads LLC will deliver the iPad and its accessories to the Customer at the place and time chosen by the Customer, limited to our delivery and pick-up hours from 8AM to 10PM daily. Citi Pads LLC will assume all risks of loss and damage that may occur during delivery or pick-up.

At the start of the rental period
At the agreed delivery location, the customer must:
• Produce a legal form of identification (passport or ID card). A copy of the document will be made.
• Declare any defect found to the deliverer before assuming control of the iPad. If nothing is declared, the iPad is deemed to be in excellent working condition. It is the Customer’s responsibility to return the iPad and its accessories in this same condition.
During the rental period
During the rental period, the customer must:
• Assume responsibility of the iPad throughout the rental period, as specified in the online booking form.
At the end of the rental period
At the end of the rental period, the customer must:
• Return the iPad and its accessories given in excellent condition, at the chosen time and location, as specified in the booking form.
• Return the iPad and its accessories only to an employee or official representative of Citi Pads LLC, which can be verified by his/her company card.
Responsibility of Customer
By reserving the iPad and making the payment, the Customer agrees to:
• Assume responsibility for any property damage that may occur during the rental period
• Assume responsibility for any case of loss or theft of the iPad during the rental period.
• The Customer is responsible for any repair or refurbishment costs for damaged, lost or stolen iPad and its accessories. These costs will charged to the Customers credit card at the end of the rental period and are as follows:

Lost, stolen, or inoperative (as a result of damage) iPad $500.00
Cracked, shattered, or broken screen $175.00
Dented or damaged body $100.00
Lost or damaged case $40.00
Lost or damaged cover $40.00
Lost or damaged power cord $20.00

• In the event of a lost or stolen iPad Citi Pads LLC will not be responsible for any personal information removed from the device.

Rental Period
Rental periods are charged at $30 per day for the first two days and $20 per day for each subsequent day. A day is defined as a 24-hour period starting at the time specified on the Booking Form. Customers will be given an allowance time of 30 minutes at pick-up and drop-off. If the Customer fails to show up during this time, an additional day will be charged to the Customers credit card. Afterhours drop-off and pick-up times can be arranged by Contacting a Citi Pads LLC representative via our Contact Page. Additional charges may apply.

Early Returns
Customers may choose to return the iPad earlier than the specified time at no charge subject to our delivery and pick-up hours of 8:00AM to 10:00PM daily if Citi Pads LLC is notified before 5:00PM the prior day. If the customer fails to notify Citi Pads LLC by 5:00PM the prior day, the Customers credit card will be charged the full days rental rate. Notification of early return by the Customer to Citipads LLC must be done in writing via our Contact Page.

Cancellation policy
There is no cancellation charge if the Customer informs Citi Pads LLC in writing of the cancellation at least 24-hours before the scheduled delivery date. A $30 cancellation fee will be applied if the Customer cancels within 24 hours of the scheduled delivery date.

No show
The delivery date, time and location must be adhered to. A Citi Pads LLC delivery employee will wait for the Customer for a maximum of 30 minutes, beyond which the Customer will be deemed to have not shown up. In the case of a no show, the rental will be cancelled and a cancellation fee of $30 will be charged to the Customer’s credit card.

Limitations of Use
The Customer must not use the iPad for the following purposes: You will be liable for any offence committed during the rental period which relates in any way to your use of the Pad, as if you were the owner of the Pad. Upon the request of the Police or any official body Padinthecity may have to transfer your personal data. Such transfer will be done in accordance with the data protection Laws of the country of rental.
