Flightcraft General Terms & Conditions:

1. Any cancellations will be fully refunded if made up to 48 hours of reservation date. After that no refunds will be honored. Please check, in advance, the weather for the day of your rental.

2. Renter accepts they will be responsible for the cost of any damage they cause to the vessel.

3. The renter must be present at the time of rental with a current driver’s license and valid major debit/credit card with available credit.

4. At the time of rental, an authorization HOLD (not charge) will be secured on the credit card provided in case of any damage/incidentals

5. Any infants must have an approved life jacket on. We have a limited supply so ask parents/caretakers to bring their own infant sized ones. We will provide children, youth and adults vests.

6. Customer will return the boat to the docks by agreed end of rental time. Or will incur additional charges for each 15 minutes late

7. Customer is responsible to fill up the gas they used while out on the water.
