Totally loved this place in the wilderness. 8 miles of the main highway and well worth every penny. Clean cabin, cozy and adorable. The grounds were great and the owners very laid back and wonderful host. We hope to return again some day soon.

The cottages we stayed in this past summer at the Wilderness Lakefront Resort were not at all what we had hoped for. The beds were rock hard. The furniture so ancient that there was no support left in the cushions, spiders crawling on the floor and the flooring in the bathroom was coming up. For the $200 charged a night, not a fair price. The lake access is very nice and you do feel like you are out in the wilderness, but the accommodations left much to be desired.

Our first stay in the cabins was the weekend of Oct. 28, 29, 30 2011. Secluded, close to Broken Bow Lake, adjacent to miles of hiking, our cabin was very clean, well equipped, even had cable tv. We saw lots of deer, and I caught fish. The price was right, and the owners very accomodating. Our only concerns were the bumpy road getting to the resort, and coordinating with the owners to get our cabin key. I would recommend this facility.
