This unit is for rent to mature adults. This is a smoke-free condominium vacation rental. Smoking is only permitted outdoors. We all love our pets, unfortunately they are not allowed in this condo.
We collect a $200.00 Security Deposit. If there has not been any severe damage, theft or smoking in the unit, this $200.00 Security Deposit will be refunded within 14 days after departure.
A Rental Agreement must be signed and returned no later than 10 days after booking reservations. Please see below to download the Rental Agreement
