Notes
I. What if the weather is bad?
Answer:
1. At times the weather will look bad all day and clear up right before the cruise or it could be clear all day and turn bad. In those instances it will be a "game time decision" (time of depature) as to whether the tour is modified or cancelled.
2. If the weather is decidedly bad and has no hope of getting better the tour will be cancelled. If you have purchased a ticket a credit will be issued to be used for another future cruise, subject to availability.
II. How will a trip be modified?
Answer:
The trip can be modified due to the discretion of the Captain of the vessal who is a USCG liscensed Captain, with many decades of maritime experience. The tour can be modified in the following ways.
1. The route of the tour can be modified to cruise the sheltered waters of Manhasset Bay.
2. The length of the tour can be modified either shortened or lengthened if the "weather window" changes and either allows a shortened trip to be lengthened or a scheduled trip to be shortened.
3. At times the tour will get underway and it may be raining, or it could be already in the midst of the tour and start raining, the boat has an enclosure which will ensure the tour is comfortable and pleasant.
We reserve the right to refuse entry to anyone who we deem to be intoxicated. This is a nice tasteful cruise with a wide variety of different types of people. We want to keep it this way. If we refuse your entry, there will be NO refunds.
