Cancellation Policy
Our policy is intended to be fair to our guests, yet prevent the loss of income to our business. Our location is such that we do not have a large volume of traffic past our exclusive B&B. We rent our accommodations by advanced reservations only. Once we reserve a guest room for you, we remove it from the market, refusing all other requests.
For cancellations received 3 days or more prior to arrival, deposit may be applied to stays from Sunday night through Wednesday night, and you may use that deposit within one year from date of cancellation, excluding holidays and special events.
For cancellations received less than 3 days prior to arrival, no refunds will be made.
This cancellation policy does not apply for weddings and other events. A separate cancellation policy included in the wedding contract will apply.
Late Arrival and Failure to Check-in on First Night. If you are going to be delayed or find that you cannot check in to your room on the date you requested, you should contact us to let us know. If you fail to check in to your room on the day of your reservation and do not alert The Victorian Candle, the remaining portion of your reservation will be canceled.
