Blue Heron Landing is a 3 level home with 3 bedrooms and 2 baths on a sloping lakefront lot. This lake home sleeps a party of up to 9 guests. On the main floor is a king bedroom with a small tv. The main living area on this floor has hardwood floors. There is a queen futon and a full futon. Upstairs is 2 king bedrooms and a full bath. Blue Heron Landing has cathedral ceiling with a wood burning fireplace for those fall and winter evenings. Blue Heron Landing's bottom floor has a game room with pool table, with a small TV.

Off the main floor living room is a screen porch with the hot tub and 4 rocking chairs to enjoy the lake views. Just outside off the screen porch is a large lower deck with patio table and chairs with a charcoal grill. There is a third deck/landing at the end of the yard leading to the steps to the boat dock for your boat or sunbathing.

This is a nice home without all the plush so its very affordable for families. Blue Heron Landing is pet friendly for smaller pets with a pet fee. Blue Heron Landing is located on the North shore of Douglas Lake off hwy 139. It is very close to Dandridge for restaurant and shopping in the historic town. About 45 minutes from the Great Smoky Mountain National Park , Pigeon Forge and Gatlinburg. About 15 minutes to I-40 and the new Bass Pro Shop and The Smokies Baseball Stadium. This access makes it convenient for the Bristol race lovers also. Blue Heron Landing is about 45 minutes to the University of Tennessee for those Vols games.

There are 3 marinas nearby as well as public launch areas for your boat. Just s short stroll through the yard down to the dock where you can fish or just realax by the water.
