Our Mar y Sol condo rentals are located at 107 E. Bahama st. on the beachside of South Padre Island, TX.. One to two minute walk to a beach access, and to several restaurants and bars in either direction. Built in 2006 Mar y Sol condominiums has a swimming pool and parking for two vehicles in one parking space. Living area features sofa, recliner and cable tv. Dining area features a dining table for four persons and three bar stools in the bar area adjacent to the kitchen. Kitchen feature a full size refrigerator, stove, microwave, and a complete set of everything necessary to create meals. Master bedroom has complete furnishings and a two queen size bed with comfortable bedding,cable tv and large closets. Second bedroom has two full size beds with comfortable bedding and large closets. Washer/dryer available. NO PARTIES OR EVENTS ARE ALLOWED. NO VISITORS ARE ALLOWED. POOL CLOSES AT 10PM.
