Our Morningside condo rentals are located at 127 E. Morningside St. on the South Padre Island ocean side, right across a beach access. Living area features large smart tv. (no local channels), sectional sleeper. Master bedroom has complete furnishings, smart tv. (no local channels), large closets and queen size bed with comfortable bedding, desk work area. Fully stocked kitchen features full size refrigerator, stove, microwave, coffee maker. Dining area features a dining table for four persons and three bar stools at the bar area. Built in bunk beds are adjacent to the kitchen and living area. Updated modern bathroom. NO PARTIES OR EVENTS ARE ALLOWED. NO VISITORS ARE ALLOWED. POOL CLOSES AT 10PM.
Toiletries include: 1 roll toilet paper, no beach &amp; bath towels, no paper towels, no coffee filters, no irons, no hairdryers. We suggest you bring beach &amp; bath towels and your personal toiletries.
