Kitchen features apartment size, refrigerator, stove, microwave, coffee maker and everything to create meals. Free parking for ONE vehicle. Your family will be close to everything when you stay at this centrally-located place. Outside amenities include big swimming pool, bbq pit area. NO PARTIES OR EVENTS ARE ALLOWED. NO VISITORS ARE ALLOWED. POOL CLOSES AT 10PM.

During March and Texas Week Spring Break, Gulfview charges a onetime $35.00 up to 3 nights and $50.00 for 4 nights &#43; (cash only) security bracelet fee for every occupant, which is paid directly to Gulfview&#39;s property manager at check in.
