Our Habitat condo rentals are located at 104 E. Parade st. on the beachside of South Padre Island, TX.. Two to three minute walk to a beach access, and to several restaurants and bars in either direction. Living area features large sofa and cable tv. Dining area features a dining table for four persons and the bar area adjacent to the kitchen. Kitchen feature a full size refrigerator, stove, microwave and a complete set of everything necessary to create meals. Master bedroom has complete furnishings and a king size bed with comfortable bedding,cable tv and large closets. Second bedroom has two sets of bunk beds with comfortable bedding, cable tv, and large closets. NO PARTIES OR EVENTS ARE ALLOWED. NO VISITORS ARE ALLOWED. POOL CLOSES AT 10PM.

During March and Texas Week Spring Break, Galleon Bay charges a onetime $25.00 security bracelet fee for every occupant, which is paid directly to Galleon Bay&#39;s property manager at check in.
