Upper Unit Max 6 people. Additional charge of $35 per person/boat parking per night. We do not allow more than 2 extra guests. Loft includes parking and boat well for 1 boat, additional boats/trailers for parking or boat well are $35 per night. Upon booking you are required to send a deposit of 50% of your total to confirm the reservation. You have 7 days to send deposit or dates will be cancelled.
30 day cancellation notice required for full deposit refund minus admin fee
