Total amount of rental is due at Check in. No exceptions. 3 or 4 night minimum stays. Add 4% for credit card processing fees, no charge for cash, NO CHECKS.
Wristbands $10.00 each will be required from March 1 through September 3, 2023.
Wristband fee is $25.00 for the following dates and they will be a different color:
March 1 through April 8, 2023;
May 25 through Sept. 3, 2023.
Wristbands will be paid for at check in.
Two parking permits per rental will be permitted. Any vehicle without a permit will be towed.
Proper signage is in place to permit towing of vehicles.
On site security will be provided during peak periods of the rental season.
Toiletries include: 1 roll toilet paper, no beach & bath towels, no paper towels, no coffee filters, no irons, no hairdryers. We suggest you bring beach & bath towels and your personal toiletries.
