Daily and less than one week reservations Cancelled at least 10 days in advance of scheduled arrival date, will receive a refund less a $10.00 cancellation/processing fee.
Reservations cancelled less than 7 days but at least 72 hours in advance of scheduled arrival date will be subject to a $20.00 cancellation/processing fee.
Reservations cancelled less 72 hrs but more than 48 hrs prior to scheduled arrival will be subject to one night's camping fee.
Reservations cancelled 24 hrs or less prior to scheduled arrival will be subject to the entire camping fee but no more than $150.00
Weekly and up to less than 1 month reservations cancelled less than 7 days but more than 48 hrs prior to scheduled arrival date will receive a refund less one week's camping fee.
Cancellations made 48 hrs or less prior to scheduled arrival will result in full payment due and loss of any refund allowance.

Monthly Reservations - Special Information. This applies to monthly or longer term reservations only.
1. 30 Day Minimum/increments,
2. Camper pays electric which is not included in the listed monthly rates,
3. $50.00 - $150.00 electric deposit to be paid at check in (cash or check only). This deposit will be returned or applied toward the final electric bill upon check out.
4. Monthly reservations must be cancelled at least 30 days prior to arrival in order to receive any refund. A $150.00 cancellation fee will be retained.
5. Monthly and longer reservations cancelled less than 30 days prior to scheduled arrival will be subject to a cancellation fee equal to 50% of the total reservation amount.
SPECIAL NOTE: NO REFUNDS ISSUED FOR CANCELLED RESERVATIONS MADE FOR HOLIDAYS, SPECIAL EVENTS, FAIRS OR FESTIVALS. NO EXCEPTIONS, NO EXCUSES - SORRY.
