Bull Shoals Reunion 2024

I reserved 4 Cabins for summer of 2024. Our Group has been going to Bull Shoals Lake since 1993. We planned a reunion vacation for all those who have gone before. Keith was very helpful with the reservations. We are looking forward to staying at Boondocks. The last time my family was at Bull Shoals the resort was called Bull Shoals Lake Resort, that was in 2009.

We went back for another visit last week. We stayed in the honeymoon suite so we'd have a gorgeous view of the lake. Friendly folks, clean and up to date rooms, dinner at Gaston's (go early, masks for customers and servers, in and out) groceries at Harps in Bull Shoals and relaxing visit. They have a small duck pond with baby ducks and a large area for bunny rabbits. Just a neat added touch kids will enjoy. Already have reservations for summer.

We went back for another visit last week. We stayed in the honeymoon suite so we'd have a gorgeous view of the lake. Friendly folks, clean and up to date rooms, dinner at Gaston's (go early, masks for customers and servers, in and out) groceries at Harps in Bull Shoals and relaxing visit. They have a small duck pond with baby ducks and a large area for bunny rabbits. Just a neat added touch kids will enjoy. Already have reservations for summer.

We've been going to Bull Shoals for over 40 years and decided to find another resort for 2021. We're excited to have found Boondocks in Midway. We spent a weekend to "try it out" and were thrilled in what we found. New owners since 2019 and they are working constantly to improve and bend over backwards to make your stay one to remember. The view is beautiful from the cabins, the owner and staff were great and the lake is what is expected at Bull Shoals with crystal clear water and very little traffic on the water. We have two Westies that are an important part of our family and they are more than welcome at Boondocks. There is a walk to the dock, but golf carts are available by the staff or you can rent one from a local vendor. To test the walk to the lake, one of us walked with the dogs and one of us took a golf cart. We arrived at the same time. Boondocks also has a mini store right off the front office with bait, ice, ice cream, and more goodies you might want or need while on vacation. Being in Midway, you'll be close to Gaston's Restaurant, marinas, Harps in Bull Shoals, and Mt. Home, AR with more shopping, groceries, restaurants, Walmart, etc. Almost forgot, there are two pools available. There are two docks with another coming for 2021. Can't wait to return.

We've been going to Bull Shoals for over 40 years and decided to find another resort for 2021. We're excited to have found Boondocks in Midway. My wife and I spent our 41st anniversary at Boondocks and Iâve stayed at many resorts and there is always a little smell to even the clean ones. Boondocks is the exception to this. Our cabin was spotless and smelled great. The management and staff went above expectations to make sure we had a great experience. We had the best time and will certainly be back and probably visit in the off season for the colors of the leaves. Absolutely a wonderful place to stay.
