About Bush House Estate

Bush House Estate was built in the 1800's during the Susquehanna lumber boom. Consequently, the house offers many eye catching features from the 5 level oval cantilevered staircase to the imported marble and leaded windows throughout the house. Due to the numerous arched doors and entries, the house has a Mediterranean feel. Upstairs there are 4 stately bedrooms which we rent out for lodging. The first floor, terrace, porches, grounds and seasonal tent are sometimes rented as event space (parties, showers, corporate luncheons, etc.). The grounds are situated in a park-like setting among magnificent mature oak, maple, walnut, hemlock and pine trees. We are also conveniently located just off Interstate 180.
