Looking for that perfect vacation rental? We offer furnished housekeeping cabins to meet your individual needs. Our fully furnished cabins have everything you need to enjoy Greer AZ. We have cabin rentals for all budgets. Looking for that hidden and secluded log cabin? Greer Cabin Connection has you covered. Our rental cabins are fully equipped with all the comforts of home. Gas/electric stoves, microwaves, coffee makers, toasters, pots and pans, silverware and cutlery. We even have the grills and picnic table. Cabins include full baths, fireplace or gas stove, Satellite TV with DVD players. Towels and bed linens are provided. Some even have down comforters. Many have washers and dryers for your added convenience. Phone and WIFI are available at most cabins.

Terms & Conditions

Greer Cabin Connection Rental Policies:
• Rates are subject to change without notice. Rates do not include Arizona sales tax.
• Greer Cabin Connection accepts Visa, MasterCard, Discover, personal checks and money orders. All reservations require a 50% deposit at time of booking. The entire balance remaining will be charged within 30 days of arrival. Personal checks will not be accepted for reservations made less than 30 days prior to arrival. Reservations made within 30 days of arrival will be charged 100% at the time of booking. Deposits mailed must be received within 3 days or reservation will be cancelled. At the time of deposit you will receive confirmation via email or US Mail.
• Cancellation Policy: Please contact the office if you need to cancel. For cancellations with greater than 30 days notice we will refund your deposit less 10% not to exceed $100.00. For cancellations with less than 30 days’ notice, you will be responsible for any nights that the cabin cannot be re-rented at the same price, less 10% for credit card fees. We will make every effort to rebook the cabin for the dates you have cancelled, but cannot guarantee this. We understand that emergencies are part of life and will make every effort to assist you. Please contact us.
• All cabins are 100% non smoking. If smoking does occur within the cabin you will be charged a cleaning fee of $250.00.
• All individuals 3 years of age and over are considered an occupant and will count as a guest in the unit. Children under 3 years of age stay free.
• Dogs: Some of our cabins are dog friendly. A dog fee of $20.00 per dog per night is required. Non Refundable. You will be charged an additional fee for any damage caused by your pet. Maximum 2 dogs per cabin. Dogs must be in a kennel if left alone in the cabin.
• Check in time is 3:00 p.m. Check out time no later than 10:30 a.m.
• Minimum night stay required.
• Holiday rates apply including minimum stay requirements.
