The WebReserv booking system allows you to define users and agents.  See explanation below of each option and click the link to learn how to add users and/or agents.

 

Users

 

Users can log on to the administration module. You can specify what feature(s) each user has access to. Most often, you will restrict users to only have access to view and edit reservations and to view reports.

 

 

Agents

 

An agent is an external user that makes bookings on behalf of customers. An agent can be concierge, travel agent or another person that processes bookings for you. Different than users, booking agents cannot log on to the administration side of WebReserv. However, an agent can enter an agent code when making a reservation, thereby making it possible to track the reservation made by the agent. You can also track agent commissions using the agent/commissions report.
