Join us for our 45th year! At the entrance to Boothbay Harbor, just one mile from the busy downtown. Close to all local landmarks and activities, and close enough to hear the foghorns on a foggy day. Beautifully landscaped grounds, surrounded by 20 wooded acres with some walking trails. Each of our 14 guest rooms has a private bath, ceiling fan, cable TV, Wi-Fi, and patio door leading to your own individual deck with beautiful garden views. Rooms are supplied with a coffee maker, organic coffee and tea.
Please reserve directly on this website, or by phone at 207-633-3933 so that we can offer you our discounts. We are not able to offer discounts when reservations are made through online travel sites.
Reservations made through online travel sites are non-refundable if there are changes to your travel plans.
Rooms and decks, and areas near the buildings are completely non-smoking to ensure the comfort of our guests. Sorry, but due to allergies, we do not accept pets.

Deposit CANCELLATION POLICY:
There are no refunds offered if reservations are made through online travel websites.
Deposit(s) will be refunded if your reservation is cancelled at least 14 days prior to your arrival date. Cancellations within 14 days of arrival date will receive a full refund if we are able to re-rent the room(s) less a 10% processing fee. If we are not able to re-rent the room(s), you will receive a credit towards a future stay. Please phone for availability. Credits cannot be used over a holiday weekend. All cancellations will be charged a 10% processing fee. Deposit & Cancellation Policy is the same for gift certificate, cash, check, or credit card confirmations.

PET AND SMOKING POLICY:
As a courtesy to the owners and guests who have allergies, we do not accept pets. Smoking in the rooms, on the decks or near the buildings is not allowed. There will be a $200 charge to your credit card if the no smoking or no pet policy is not honored.
