About Jayhawk Marina, Inc.
Cabin is located right here on the docks. Rental includes a boat slip located by the cabin to keep your boat. Cabin accommodates four people comfortably. Equipped with 2 full sized bunk style beds, air conditioner, TV/DVD, microwave, ceiling fan, table with 4 chairs, shelving and clothes hooks.
Restrooms and shower are located right here at the marina. Beds are fitted with mattresses only, therefore, you will need to provide your own bedding or sleeping bags may be purchased at the marina.
Grilling by the cabin is authorized with electric grills only. No propane or charcoal grill allowed on the docks. There is a common area at the marina entrance for charcoal grilling.
No Pets allowed. In the best interest of all current and future guests, a no-pet policy shall be strictly enforced. No Exceptions!
A $75.00 security deposit is required at time of check-in and refunded after successful check-out inspection. If cabin damage has incurred, your security deposit will be used as immediate payment toward the damages. Should the damage incurred during the customer's rental period exceed the amount of the security deposit, the customer is responsible for immediate full payment for the damages claimed by Jayhawk Marina, Inc.
