I gave a one star on my previous review about the cancellation policy and somehow when I checked it today, it shows 4 stars. The rating from before should be a one star, not 4! Very shady practices.
Poor customer service and hidden cancellation policy for boat rental

We made a reservation 4 days out, for a boat. A $200 deposit was required and given. No discussion of it being non refundable which would have made a difference considering the weather forecast that week. And as it grew closer, the weather looked doubtful and we cancelled 26 hours before reservation. They said they would credit us but after almost a week later with no credit, we called. They said they told us the deposit was non refundable and we would not get it back because it wasnât with an 8 day cancellation timeframe. With a 4 day reservation, that wasnât possible. We scoured our emails they sent us and there is no mention of the cancellation policy ANYWHERE. If youâre smart enough to click on a link to their website with absolutely no context to cancellation policy, and you scroll all the way to the very end, it is there. Again, not on any of their emails but you can find it on their website, which we never used. Very questionable business practices! With no returned phone call from the owner as told the day we called, our credit card company will now handle it. Retired Veteran who would not recommend or be back.
Perfect Family Vacation

My family and I spent from June 17th thru June 21st at the Jordan Marina and campground. We rented cabin #7 and #8 and they were beautiful and perfect for our families needs. My brother in law rented the RV spot right beside us and it was the perfect celebration for my son that just finishing serving 5 years in the Navy. (ps..he loved the Naval shirts in the gift shop of the Marina). We loved the location of the marina to the town of Calico Rock and Mountain Home. The scenery was beautiful and we had such a great fellowship. The milkshakes at the Marina was for sure a plus for me as well as the grands... :) Thank you for making this Family vacation such a great memory.

First time at Jordan

We had one of the only sites close to the water. It was a nice spot with a great view! The camp Ground was kept up Nicely and we loved being so close to the swim beach. Down side to camp ground is that their are no shower houses, and some of the sites with electric don't have water hook ups also noticed that there are not trash cans at sites, only one large dumpster for camp ground that you drive your trash to. My site was in a good location and had an amazing veiw but didn't have a water hook up so it would have been a better stay with a shower house. We had a good time and will come back, but will have to make sure we get a site with water hook up.

I have been camping here with my family since I was a little kid. Our family still goes at least twice a year. The price is getting up there but the memories are priceless. I am excited about starting memories with my own kids.
