We have 11 tandem Kayaks that can fit 2 people. All Kayaks are sit-on-top style. Kayaks stay on the lake reserved for, there is no taking of the kayaks. We provide the life jackets and the paddles.

All 4-Person Boats come with Motor, Life jacket and throw cushions. You can reserve our 4-Person Boats for 4 hours, 6 hours, all day or up to 5 days.

RELEASE OF LIABILITY-READ BEFORE ACKNOWLEDGING
In consideration of the services of Law Enterprises Inc. operating as Big Lake Tackle and Supply, their agents, owners, officers, volunteers participants employees and all other persons or entities acting in any capacity on their behalf (thereafter collectively referred to as BLTS). I hereby agree to release and discharge BLTS on behalf of myself, my children, my parents, my heirs, personal representatives and estate as follows:
I acknowledge that boating and recreational activities entail known and unanticipated risks which could result in physical or emotional injury, paralysis, death or damage to myself, to property, or to third parties. I understand that such risks simply cannot be eliminated without jeopardizing the essential qualities of the activity. The risks include but are not limited to, among other things; boat capsize, travel in remote areas, collisions with objects or other watercraft; prolonged exposure to cold water; hypothermia; accidental drowning; mental anguish or trauma; exposure to sun, strong winds, cold, storms, large waves, and lightning; bodily injuries, slips and falls; and rapidly changing adverse weather and water conditions.
I expressly agree and promise to accept and assume all of the risks existing in the activity. My participation is purely voluntary, and I elect to participate in spite of the risks.
I hereby voluntarily release, forever discharge,and agree to indemnify and hold harmless BLTS from any and all claims, demands, or causes of actions, which are in any way connected with my participation in this activity or my use of BLTS equipment or facilities, including any such claims which allege negligent acts or omissions of BLTS.
Should BLTS or anyone acting on their behalf, be required to incur attorney's fees and costs to enforce this agreement, I agree to indemnify and hold them harmless for all such fees and costs.
I certify that I have adequate insurance to cover injury or damage to BLTS property I may case or suffer while participating or else I agree to bear the costs of such injury or damage myself. I further certify that I have no medical or physical conditions which could interfere with my safety in this activity, or else I am willing to assume (and bear the costs) of all risks that may be created, directly or indirectly, by any such condition.
I acknowledge that if any one is hurt or property is damaged during my participation in this activity, I may be found by a court of law to have waived my right to maintain a lawsuit against BLTS on the basis of any claim from which I have released them herein.
I have had sufficient opportunity to read this entire document. I have read and understand it, and I agree to be bound by it terms and conditions.
By acknowledging I verify that I have read all the terms and conditions and will not make claims again Law Enterprises or Big Lake Tackle and Supply. I understand that my payment will be verified and charged at the time of reservation and that there are no refunds.
All sales are final. There are no refunds due to weather or cancellations. If you need to change the date we will gladly transfer your reservation to another day. 48 hour notification is needed to transfer your reservation.
All daily rentals are expected to return to the store boat dock no later than 6:00 p.m. the day of reservation. Reservations are on a 1st come, 1st serve basis. Operators must be at least 16 years old and possess a valid drivers license. Must be 18 years or older to sign for the rental agreement upon in-store pickup. All necessary equipment will be included with the rental. Big Lake Tackle and Supply is not responsible for bad weather conditions and/or loss/damaged personal items and/or injury.
