This luxury 3 bedroom vacation home on the 10th fairway has access to all the amenities of Reserva Conchal. On the first level it has the master suite with bath with TV, living room, dining room, kitchen, outdoor terrace with dining table, plus a separate room with a sofabed and full bath, which can sleep two. There is also a powder room for guests.
Downstairs are the 2nd and 3rd bedrooms, each with cable TV and their own bath. There is a bar and sitting room with cable TV and another half bath for visitors. Pass through the sliding glass doors which lead to the pool and spa. There is a BBQ and outdoor furniture on the large terrace as well as 6 chaise lounges. An outside shower is conveniently placed adjacent to the pool.
Guests of Villa Carao 7 may also enjoy the amenities of the exclusive OwnersÂ’ Beach Club, which has a pool, restaurant, spa and gym, all just yards from the beautiful shell beach of Playa Conchal.
