About Redner Group

Passing through stunning seaside views and cinematic rainforest trails, surrounded by wide varieties of vegetation, you will travel to the town of Old Road & Romney Manor. This site is well-known for its rich history. Rum first flowed in this location in 1681, making it the oldest surviving rum distillery in the Caribbean, formerly owned by ancestors of Thomas Jefferson.

Learn about the unique history of the area through a guided tour of the distillery’s grounds, which will showcase the distillery’s past, as well as its restoration into what is now ‘Old Road Rum’.

Following this experience, there will be a rum tasting and opportunity to browse their merchandise boutique. Finally, visit an iconic fortress of Kittitian history, Romney Manor. Therein lies Caribelle Batik - an immersive experience in which guests will learn the process of batik making, as well as purchase souvenirs from their selection of crafts.
