Nauti ATX Charters Terms & Conditions
All charters start at time of reservation, unless previously discussed. We suggest you arrive 30 minutes prior to reservation to handle your rides, and park paperwork if applicable.
In the event of an early return due to weather, or Mother Nature. Nauti ATX will provide an in-store credit for the remainder of the trip.
Weather related cancelations are determined solely by the Owner or Company Representative of Nauti ATX.
We do not offer rebates for late arrivals.
Cancelations made within 7 days will NOT receive a refund.
