THERE ARE ABSOLUTELY NO REFUNDS FOR SAME DAY CANCELLATIONS. NO EXCEPTIONS.

CANCELLATIONS RECEIVED WITHIN 7 DAYS OF YOUR TOUR DATE ARE 100% NONREFUNDABLE. Any cancellation before the 7 day period is subject to a $25 per person cancellation fee.

We accept VISA, Master Card, VISA Debit, Discover Card and travelers cheques. Prices are quoted in Canadian dollars unless otherwise stated. The individual booking the tour is ultimately responsible for final payment.

PAYMENT : For individual tours the total price of tour is charged to the card on file a week before your tour date. Final numbers must be confirmed 7 days prior to your tour date. Any outstanding balances for no shows will be charged to the credit card on file. Additional charges may apply for guests arriving very late, causing a delay in the tour.

Pickup time PICKUP TIMES ARE APPROXIMATE AS WE DO PROVIDE DOOR TO DOOR SERVICE. IF YOUR PICKUP IS IN NIAGARA FALLS PICKUPS START AT 9:00 FOR THE FULL DAY, 11:00 FOR THE HALF DAY TOUR. THAT MEANS THAT YOU MUST BE READY FOR THAT TIME BUT PICKUP CAN BE ANYTIME FROM THE START TO HALF AN HOUR. FOR NIAGARA ON THE LAKE TIMES START AT 9:30 AND 11:30 FOR THE FULL AND HALF DAY RESPECTIVELY.

Maintaining Reservations/End Time All of our tours run on a schedule as reservations are made at each winery and restaurant, and each tour has a end time. Please be cognizant and respectful of this fact as guests expect to be returned at a certain time. The guide's responsibility is to make sure that the tour is run in a timely fashion at each of the wineries and restaurants. We allocate approximately 45 minutes at each winery and 1 hour and 15 minutes for lunch and 1 1/2 for proper dinner service. Guests cannot 'hijack' the tour and make their own schedule. Other guests expect to be returned at a certain time and this must be maintained. Our guide has the right to ask particular guests that are holding up the rest of the group to keep pace with the group timing when it is affecting the overall experience of the tour. NVWT reserves the right to terminate the tour for any guest that is not cooperating and a cab will be called at the guests expense. No refund will be provided and the guest will be charged in full.
Code of Conduct We expect all of our guests to conduct themselves appropriately when on our tour as you will be amongst other paying customers. Niagara Vintage Wine Tours will not tolerate lewd, loud or disrespectful behaviour while on the tour. Our professionally trained guides are required to maintain civility and professionalism on all of our tours. Our guide has the authority to ask any of our guests to adjust their behaviour on our tours, if this behaviour is negatively affecting others on the tour. Niagara Vintage Wine Tours reserves the right to remove any unruly, lewd or intoxicated guests from tour if he/she deems fit.
