Our 2010 32' Spree bunk house is perfect for a family. It has a private bedroom in the front with 2 bunk beds in the rear. The dinette comfortably seats 6 and also converts to a bed that comfortably sleeps 2. The couch turns into a sleeper that also comfortably sleeps 2. This is a great rig for a family to sleep comfortably . It has hot and cold running water. A full bathroom with and tub and shower combination. The kitchen features a large refrigerator,microwave,, a gas range, sink and ample cabinet space. It comes fully stocked with all of the basic cookware and serving ware. It has a furnace and air conditioning. A generator is available for an additional fee. Please do not use awnings. Damages to awnings will result in additional fees of $1000.00 charged to customers. Please return units in the condition they were dropped off in. Will result in cleaning fee or non refunded deposit. Customer is required to make arrangements at the campsite of their choice.
