Furnished vacation and corporate rental homes
All of our furnished homes have been recently upgraded. They feature modern kitchens with granite, tile and stainless steel appliances. The bathrooms also feature tile, granite and upgraded fixtures. The homes have flat screen TVs, DVD player, cable TV and wireless internet in the living room. The large back yards have patio chairs and a BBQ. Each home has at least one queen bed and twin beds in secondary bedrooms. Larger homes have 2 queen beds and sleeper sofas. Please see each home description for exact configuration. Our homes have garages and plenty of parking.
Our homes are centrally located in Colorado Springs with easy access to shopping centers and a theatre. Nearby attractions include Air Force Academy, Cave of the Winds, Cheyenne Mountain Zoo, Colorado Springs Fine Arts Center, Colorado Springs Pioneer Museum, Garden of the Gods, Manitou Cliff Dwellings, Manitou Springs, Miramont Castle, North Pole/Santa's Workshop, Pikes Peak, Pikes Peak Cog Railway Rock Ledge Ranch, Seven Falls, Western Museum of Mining and many other tourist attractions.
Deposit will be refunded after check out if the house, furnishings, walls, carpets, appliances, interior, yard and sprinkler system are left clean and free from damage and no alterations have been made to the property. Reservations are refundable if cancelled more than 30 days in advance of lease period. Refunds will be made using the original purchase method. Customer will be required to sign a short term lease agreement prior to check in. Check in without a signed lease indicates customer's agreement to the terms and conditions of the lease. You may request a copy of the lease from info@stocktonmayholdings.com or we will send you the lease once a reservation is made.
