Rustic Tent Site
Rustic tent sites may be requested near the store, bath house, pool and activities, or wooded near the river.
Adirondack Lean To
This is a genuine log constructed Adirondack Park style Lean To. Each Lean To has 8' by 12' of floor area with a 3' overhang to keep everything dry.
Lodge 1
Two bedroom lodge with full kitchen living room and bathroom. Includes oven and microwave in kitchen. Living room includes flat screen TV with Netflix and Wii game console. Private bedroom downstairs with queen log bed.
Lodge 2
This is a two level unit with kitchen and entry on first level, with spiral staircase leading to living room, bedroom and full bath. Kitchen includes microwave and refrigerator.
Deluxe RV Site
This is the first of out Deluxe RV Sites. They have a 10' x 40' RV pad with a 8 x 30 patio with LED lighting.
Seasonal Site
Our Seasonal rental runs from April 15th to October 31st. Guest pays electric, all else include. Also includes free winter storage.

Trout Run Camp Resort has over 120 full hook-up, 50 AMP sites, and nearly unlimited tent space! We sit on 100 acres with 1,200 of frontage on the beautiful Genesee River.
Terms & Conditions
Call: 585-596-0500 between 9 am and 7 pm EST
Campsites: 1st night's camping fee required.
Rental Units: Security deposit equivalent to one night's rent required. Full amount of rent for the number of nights reserved will be due at check-in. Security deposit will be refunded within 72 hours of check-OUT, provided there are no losses or damages to the unit. Camper will be held responsible for losses or damages and amount will be deducted from refund, or further charged to account.
VISA, Mastercard, Discover and American Express & Money Orders accepted. Personal checks with prior approval.
Check in time: 2:00 pm - 9:00 pm for campsites, 3:00pm - 9:00pm for rental units
In the event that you will be unable to arrive during check-in hours, you reservation will be held until noon the following day. Express check-in is available for fully pre-paid reservations for campsites. You must be able to check-in to a rental unit before 9:00 pm.
Check out from the park: 12 Noon
Late check-out (if available) will be charged $10.00 until 5:00 pm after 5:00 pm will be charged another night.
CANCELLATION POLICY
Campsites: 2 days prior to check-in in order to receive refund, less $10.00 processing fee.
Rental Units: 7 days prior to check-in required in order to receive refund, less $20.00 processing fee.
REFUND POLICY
Camping is an outdoor activity, therefore no refunds will be given for early departures due to weather or other discomforts of nature. The fun continues rain or shine!
