About Bella Fattoria Cottage

Our home is a charming old farmhouse in rural Berlin Center, Ohio, which dates back to 1899. The farm, with fifty two acres, was purchased by Dan and Marianne Mastropiétro in 2003. They later built Mastropiétro Winery and sold the farmhouse which is now Bella Fattoria Cottage.
The views of the vineyards and the winery from the house and backyard deck are breathtaking, making it the perfect place for a romantic getaway. Come celebrate an anniversary, birthday, or special occasion, alone or with a group of friends or family. You can relax and enjoy the live music and outdoor festivities that are scheduled at the winery throughout the warmer months. In the winter months, unwind inside by the fireplace or enjoy the outdoor hot tub. For a more peaceful experience, stay with us Monday-Wednesday when the winery is closed and you can bring your own picnic lunch to the winery and sit on the patio or the lawn by the pond. Enjoy the beautiful sunsets, clear starlit skies, and complete peace and tranquility of the country setting.

Bella Fattoria Cottage Attractions

In addition to Mastropiétro Winery, there are several other wineries within thirty miles of Bella Fattoria, as well as numerous other attractions in Mahoning County. We are located between two large public lakes, Berlin Lake and Lake Milton, where you can enjoy fishing, boating, hiking and skiing. Noah's Lost Ark Animal Sanctuary is also close by. Mill Creek MetroParks provides hiking at the 262 acre Vickers Nature Preserve and an equestrian facility and trails are available at the 47 acre Mill Creek Equestrian Park just down the road in the next town. There is an 11 mile bike and hike trail only a fifteen minute drive away. Mahoning Valley Race Course and Casino is just a short drive on SR 76.

Terms & Conditions

You must be twenty five or older to make a reservation. 50% deposit is required at time of reservation. Cancellations may be made up to 60 days prior to your stay with a full refund. Between 30-60 you will receive a 50% refund. Less than 30 days there wiill be no refund. Reservations must be made at least one day in advance of stay. Confirmation of a room reservation does not include a confirmation for massage. Scheduling, confirmation, and payment of massages will be taken care of by the provider. No smoking of any kind is permitted in the house. No pets are permitted.
