Deposits are non-refundable in the event of a cancellation. However, if you provide us 2-weeks notice, we can apply the deposit to a future reservation up to 1 year. If you cancel the reservation less than 2 weeks in advance, the balance of the reservation will be charged to the credit card on file. When booking your reservation, if arrival date is less than 2 weeks away, the full balance will be charged at time of booking. There is no refund if customer terminates rental before scheduled return date. Unit type, rental location and the dates of travel determine the rental rate. Prevailing rate will apply for any changes to the original reservation. PLEASE NOTE WE DO NOT DELIVER ABOVE WASH 15.
