* 50% deposit required to reserve the date requested which can be paid via credit card
* Requested dates can be held for 24 hours or pending receipt of deposit
* Reservations will be confirmed by e-mail or mail upon receipt of your deposit
* Balance of payment and signed rental agreement due 14 days price to arrival
* We accept all credit cards for payment
* If cancellation notice is received 60 days or more prior to reservation date-all monies paid will be refunded
* 60 days-14 days prior to reservation date-all monies except 50% deposit will be refunded. If we are able to fill the vacant time period the deposit will be refunded less any difference in rental rate.
* Less than 14 days prior to reservation date-all money received will be forfeited unless we are able to fill the vacant time period. If we are able to fill the time period monies will be refunded less any difference in rental rate.
* No refunds will be given for early departures.
