Customer Information
The Customer Information page shows the standard information that is asked of the customer at the time of booking. You can specify what information is Required, Optional, or not needed (Don't Ask). You can also specify what custom fields should be used for this product.

Important! If Number of units is set to Optional or Required, it will allow the customer to input a count of how many of the product they want to rent. Typically this applies to rentals such as bikes, kayaks, or other water sports. If Unit selection is set to Optional or Required, it will allow the customer to choose which unit they want to rent. Typically this applies to camp sites. If these settings don't apply to your inventory, set to Don't Ask. |
