Custom fields are an extremely powerful feature in the WebReserv system. With custom fields, you can define your own fields in the booking system and it gives you the ability to further customize the system to meet the needs of your business.

 

For example, if you need to know a customer's destination, drivers license number, or any other type of information, you can do this with custom fields.  Custom fields are not limited to text information only. You can create selection lists that will ask the customer to select a specific item and you have the ability to add an additional cost to that item.  This allows a business to offer special add-ons to any reservation.
