We have 10 RV Rental sites available with full hook-ups. The site are a generous 18' x 52'. Each space is equipped with water, sewer and electric (50/30/20 Amps). There is a 14 day maximum on all stays and we are open year round.

We offer a family friendly environment, centrally located in downtown Jefferson, Texas. Close to all the downtown shopping and restaurants. We are located approximately one-half mile from Big Cypress Bayou, 15 miles from Lake O' The Pines, and 20 miles from Caddo Lake.
Payment Policy: Reservations must be paid for in advance of your stay.
If you cancel within 14 days of your stay a full refund will be given (less a $5.00 processing fee). If you cancel your reservation 7 days from the date of your reservation, you will receive a 50% refund (less a $5.00 processing fee). Less than 7 days notice there will be NO refunds. Due to the limited availability of our spaces, there will be no refunds for early departure.
Group Reservations: Due to the limited number of sites, we will do our best to accommodate you. We have 10 RV spaces available with water, sewer and electric (50/30/20 amp outlets).
