Terms & Conditions

A security deposit of $35 per person (partial payment) is required to validate your reservation. After you have submitted this reservation online, you will receive an email within 5 minutes with a payment link. You can also call the office to submit your deposit payment by phone.

Your remaining balance (minus the deposit) is paid directly to the tour guide on the day of your tour. Payment options are credit card, debit or cash. The tour guides have wireless card swiping devices so you can present your card in person or pay in cash.

You will be receiving a Text or Whatsapp notification the day before your tour with hotel pickup instructions (pickup time and hotel entrance to meet the driver). If you have not received a text notification before 5:00pm the day before your tour, please phone us at 1-855-418-0888 and press option 3 for hotel pickup information.

Any cancellation requests must be made minimum 48 hours prior to the tour date in order to be eligible for any refund. Please note that there will be an administration fee of $25 per person to cover fees from the booking software company..

Any cancellations made less than 24 hours before the tour are not entitled to any refund on deposit payments .

Any no-shows, without a reason, or failure to communicate, are subject to the total tour cost.
