I hereby agree that I, assignees, heirs, distributes, guardians and representatives release and forever discharge Riptide Watersports LLC, Riptide Beach Services LLC and its employees, it’s shareholders, agents, employees, successors, and assigns including Nassau County from all actions, costs, suits, demands, claims, damages, losses and liabilities (including reasonable attorney fees) of any type or kind whatsoever arising out of or caused by the rental and use of boats/PWCs/equipments.
I hereby agree to indemnify, defend and hold harmless Riptide Watersports LLC, Riptide Beach Rentals LLC and its employees, its parent company, shareholders, agents, employees, successors, and assigns including Nassua County from all actions, costs, suits, demands, claims, damages, losses and liabilities (including reasonable attorney fees) of any type or kind whatsoever arising out of or caused by the rental and use of boats/PWCs/equipments.
Riptide Watersports LLC is responsible for:
issuing a PWC/watercraft or other rental equipment that is in good working order
providing a PFD for all boaters
Guest is responsible for:
using craft according to the Florida Boating Regulations
wearing PFD as required by State and Federal Laws
returning equipment and accessories in the same condition as received
Damaged caused by
Securing all personal items. You and your items are subject to get wet. Riptide Watersports LLC / Riptide Beach Services LLC is not responsible for damaged personal items.
Photography:
I consent to the use of any photography taken during the participation of Riptide Watersports LLC and Riptide Beach Services LLC activities. I understand the use of these photos may be used electronically via internet and if a participant chooses to opt out of the photography agreement the individual must discuss with Riptide staffing prior to activity.
Sales Tax is add to all transactions.
I authorize Riptide Watersports LLC to charge the credit card on file for damages in the event damages is incurred.
