About River Pointe Resort

We are Right on the Sacramento River. We are set up with vacation homes, RV spots and property rental for events, parties or gatherings. We have Tent camping as well. Our Place is beautifully Green with lots of trees and green grass. Quiet, secluded, seren and tranquil. We have firepits and free firewood. Bathrooms, showers and WIFI. Activities and events... We are set oup for boats, fissing and water sports. Small area for Boat mooring, and in the future we are constructing boat storage.

For Reservations: Need Notice Asap, but at least a week in advance for a 100% Refund
24 hour notice cancelation 50% Refund
No shows 0.00 Refund
Times and checkings: 2 pm to check in and 12:pm to check out
Night Time Check ins: Will Follow instructions for the night box posted
Drop ins: Will be put were available space is open.
Vacation Homes check in time is: 4:pm and Checkout time is 11:am Must call for calander availability.

Animals: NO Rots or Pitt bulls or shepards! All others must be approved by Management.
................. Small dogs ok, more than two must be approved by management.
................ Must be on a leash outdoors and you on the other end at all times.
.................... Not allowd to run unattended anywhere on the paremisis
.................. Pet clean up a must, and barking control or will be asked to leave.
................... Responsible for any pet Damages.

Overnighters, RVs, Campers, Vacationers: Will be responsable for any damages to the property
.................. Rules and Regulations for property and Dock are available upon arrival and posted.
................... Good, respectful, kind and curtious behavior is expected at all times to all other tenants on the Property and to the property istself.
No working on vehicals on the property.
No dumping other than in the Dump stations provided.
No Urinating on the property> We have Bathrooms
No Drunkeness, drugs, fighting, or wild parties, will be asked to leave being escorted out by local police.
No Guns or weponry of any kind allowed or any actions taken with them on premisis.
