Signal Ridge Marina has been in business on Lake Glenville since 1994. We have endeavored to maintain a clean, fun, and affordable place for everyone to enjoy.

Located in a beautiful mountain forest Lake Glenville boasts pristine, clean waters, glistening sand beaches, and three waterfalls. Spanning six miles in length with twenty six miles of shoreline, Lake Glenville is the perfect escape from the everyday. Whether you want to cruise the lake and relax, or speed things up and do some water sports, Signal Ridge Marina has everything you'll need to enjoy this mountain treasure.

20' Pontoon

With a maximum seating capacity of ten (10) and a top speed of 12mph this is the perfect choice for a relaxing day on the lake.

22' Pontoon

With a maximum seating capacity of twelve (12), and a top speed of 15mph, this is the perfect choice for a relaxing day on the lake.

21' Tritoon

With a maximum seating capacity of ten (10) and a top speed of 30mph this is the perfect choice for a more exciting day on the lake.

Terms & Conditions

The person whose name is on the reservation MUST be present at the time of the rental to sign paperwork and pickup the boat. Do not send other family or friends to pick up the boat as they will be turned away.

*Cancellation Policy*

Cancellations will be accepted no less than three (3) days prior to the rental.

Cancellations due to weather will be accepted at the time of the rental or up to thirty (30) minutes before the time of the rental in the case of rain or immanent threat of bad weather at our location.

Cancellations with less than 3 days notice that are not due to inclement weather are subject to a $50 cancellation/no show fee. Holiday reservations will be subject to paying the entire rental cost if they cancel with less than 3 days notice or are a no show.

All other cancellations will be subject to our ability to re-rent the reserved time period. If we are unable to re-rent the reserved time period this will result in the card on file being charged for the amount of the reserved time period.

YOU are responsible for the time you book the boat for and YOU are responsible for knowing the time of your reservation and being here ON TIME.

I hereby agree to lease the boat, motor, and equipment described herein at the rates shown and further agree to return said boat, motor and equipment in the same condition received allowing for a normal amount of wear and tear. I further agree to pay for the equipment broken or lost or any damages done to the boat and motor other than a reasonable amount of wear and tear.

Lessee agrees not to use, nor permit the use
a. of the rental craft for any unlawful purpose;
b. of the rental craft in a careless or negligent manner;
c. of the rental craft while under the influence of alcohol and/or narcotics;
d. by any other person not the signatory of this agreement, or not equally qualified.

Lessee acknowledges his/her responsibility for the safe and proper operation of the craft; and for the safety and welfare of other boaters and persons. It is agreed and understood by the lessee that the lessor shall not be held liable for damages, inconvenience or time lost caused by accident, breakdown or malfunction of the rental craft. Lessee further agrees to indemnify and hold harmless the lessor from, and against any and all claims for loss of or damage to property or injury to persons (including death) resulting from the use, operation or possession of said rental craft. Lessee further agrees to hold the lessor harmless should loss or damage occur to any of the lessee's personal property while carried in, or on, the rental craft, including loss or damage caused by fire, water, theft or any other cause whatsoever.

Lessee expressly agrees to indemnify and hold lessor harmless of, from, and against any and all loss, costs, damages, attorney fees and/or liability in connection with the enforcing of the forgoing rental contract by lessor including expenses incurred in the collection or attempting to collect delinquent rent and in the event of suit by lessor to recover possession of said rented property and/or to enforce any of the terms, conditions and/or to provisions hereof. It is understood and agreed that venue of any action here under shall be in the county of lessor.

Lessee agrees to pay a $25.00 fee for every five (5) minutes they are late.

** If alcohol is consumed on board a designated driver must be appointed. **
NC law prohibits the operation of the vessel with a blood alcohol content of .08 or higher.
